Nothing to be ashamed of. Kicking the habit is hard, trust me, but it isn't really necessary that you do. All that really matters is that it isn't cutting into your regular life.

Omgosh. So have I. I am 19 now. It is so hard to kick the habit for me. I get the feeling to do it no matter where I am or what I am doing. I hate it so much sometimes.

just don't let it take time from you living life happily, and doing other things, spending time hanging out and enjoying time with friends and family. sex and orgasms are just one of the many enjoyable things in life.
